This development consists of two new structures thoughtfully designed to complement and preserve the historic McKinley Medical Center. The centerpiece is a 23-story, 648,940 SF high-rise featuring 389 luxury residential units totaling 320,423 SF. The second structure includes a two-level concrete podium with five levels of wood-frame construction above.
The project also offers 210,025 SF of structured parking and 118,492 SF of amenity and common areas, highlighted by a rooftop pool. Outdoor terraces above the parking garage and the top of the main tower provide remarkable views to the Phoenix skyline and the desert Valley. The pedestrian paseo on ground level brings people into the center of the project.
