This development is comprised of two structures built adjacent to and preserving the existing historic McKinley Medical Center building. The tallest tower is a 23-story, 648,940 SF high-rise that has 389 luxury units totaling 320,423 SF. The project’s second structure is 2 levels of concrete with 5 levels of wood frame above the podium.  The project has 210,025 SF of parking and 118,492 SF of amenity/common space and includes a rooftop pool.
