Piper Theater Renovation | Scottsdale Center for the Arts

Phase I includes an addition and renovation to the structure of the building with a new glass façade. Phase II encompasses the renovation of the existing 35-year-old theater including interior structuring of catwalks; supports for light and sound racks; new elevator theater entrances; new enclosed technical and followspot booths; update to lobby including the removal of a 60’ long x 30’ high section of load bearing CMU block wall, new box office, mezzanine and a cast glass light wall framing the theater entrances.
