Shorehaven is a three-tower, 722-unit, 1.3 million SF mixed-use residential community situated on 3.33 acres along Tempe Town Lake. Towers 1 and 2 each rise 21 stories, while Tower 3 reaches 23 stories, placing the development among the tallest post-tensioned concrete structures in Tempe.
The luxury community includes three levels of below-grade parking, 26,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, and 50,000 SF of indoor and outdoor amenity areas, including two resort-style pools.
Through early collaboration with the design team, PK Associates eliminated all transfer beams by coordinating each column location, ensuring they tracked continuously to the foundation while maintaining a grid line rhythm that allowed for an efficient forming system layout. This approach resulted in significant cost and schedule savings.
