The former Stewart Motor Company (Circa 1947) which then became the iconic Circles Records and Tapes has been transformed into a mixed-use, 19-story high-rise apartment building with 300+ apartment units, seven levels of parking, and both restaurant and retail space. Not only is it the tallest building built in recent Phoenix history, it was designed to preserve a portion of the former Stewart Motor Company/Circle Records building and set a new standard in creative design excellence with the largest commitment to exterior public art in Arizona.
