Tempe Marketplace offers 13 million square feet of retail and is located on Rio Salado Parkway just west of the Loop 101 in Tempe, AZ. Tempe Marketplace offers an open-air, pedestrian-oriented environment crafted for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The project features a 380,000 square foot component known as the District at the center of the 117-acre site. A row of big-box stores encircles the District. The development includes outdoor fire places, fountains, and seating areas. Over 120 retailers are housed inside Tempe Marketplace’s The District and Big Box spaces.
