The Link

3-story, glass-enclosed atrium lobby that “links” two existing office buildings together, creating a complete transformational rehabilitation and reconfiguration of the prior space and totals 5,347 SF. The project included a new glass curtainwall and steel structure between the buildings, as well as a new 2nd floor expansion; new stair; and removal of existing elevator. The structure and foundations are independent of the existing buildings.
