The Porch at the Collective

Located in the South Tempe, The Porch is a 4,750 SF restaurant with a massive 2,750 SF wrap-around patio. PKA provided the structural design of this restaurant buildout, including support of a new kitchen hood and mechanical units; the placement of the slab on grade; three overhead doors; bar soffit; suspended TV frames; opening the area above the windows in the tower element for a hanging piece of statement artwork.
