Located on the north bank of Tempe Town Lake, The Watermark Phase I development includes 265,000 SF of Class A office space, and 44,000 SF of separate restaurant and retail space. The 16-story office building consists of 8 stories of office space above 9 levels of parking (7 above grade and 2 below) with a public area on level 1. Additional parking is provided in an 8-level free-standing precast concrete parking garage; retail space is located on the ground level. A pedestrian bridge connects the office building to the parking garage at the 8th level.
