This luxury senior living community includes two buildings, a 5-story and a 6-story, positioned above one level of below grade parking, with a capacity for 338 vehicles. The project features 226 residential units, including 118 Active Adult, 74 Assisted Living, and 34 Memory Care units, totaling 500,000 GSF. Ground-level retail and restaurant spaces activate the streetscape and invite residents and visitors alike to engage in shared social, recreational, and cultural experiences.
