Union at Riverview

Four office buildings are planned for this 1.35 million SF office complex. The first 4-story, 225,000 SF Class A office building with large and open spaces, high ceilings and glass exterior is under construction. Construction type is steel frame supported on spread footings. The 5-level pre-cast parking structure with 1,075 spaces will be designed for future expansion. Construction type is precast concrete supported on caissons and grade beams.
