An interactive and integrative design process was utilized for this 3-story, 127,000 SF ambulatory care facility. Healthcare services include behavioral health, urgent care, dental, a dialysis clinic, pharmacy, lab, 4 operating rooms, 2 major procedure rooms, pre-op and recovery, and on-site sterile processing. Construction type is steel frame supported on concrete spread footings.
